Schedule Appointment
- Select Category / Service [Payment is Optional]
- Select available Lawyer (Service Staff)
- Select Date > Next
- Select an Available Time (Singapore Time) slot > Next
- Complete all compulsory fields, like Name, Tel and Email
- Submit
- Check your Email, and wait for Approval (User’s login credentials will also be emailed to you)
- Upon Approval, Email and SMS (if available) will be sent
- Please don’t reply to SMS (if you reply, you will be charged)
- Use Client’s Management Page, or Call or Email Us to change or cancel appointment
After booking:
- you will receive an email stating that your appointment is pending approval. If you are a new user, you may receive an email with your User’s login credential. To view or manage your appointment(s), you can access the Client’s Management page.
- if you did not receive any email, please check the SPAM or JUNK folder. If booking is done on weekends or after office hours, please allow 1 working day to process, but we may approve sooner.
- 0nce your appointment has been approved, you will receive a Confirmation Email and/or a SMS Confirmation (if available). For SMS Confirmation, please don’t reply as you will be charged SMS cost at Overseas rate.
- if your appointment is rejected or cancelled, you will also receive an email.

You can manage your profile and appointment through our Client’s Management page to:
- view your appointment(s)
- view your profile, and edit
- reschedule or cancel your appointment
